Are classes online or in person?
All classes are online for flexibility and accessibility.
Are the teachers native and qualified?
Yes, all our teachers are native Mexican speakers and certified to teach Spanish online.
What levels do you offer?
We currently offer A1–B2, with C1 and C2 coming soon (based on CEFR).
How many students are in a group?
Groups have 3 to 6 students maximum.
Are classes taught in Spanish?
Yes, classes are in Spanish, with some English support at beginner levels.
How can I enroll?
Choose a plan, request your free trial, and we’ll contact you to schedule.
What payment methods are available?
We mainly use PayPal, but if requested, we can also use Stripe or Mexican bank transfers.
Do you offer trial lessons?
Yes! We offer 3 free trial lessons so you can experience our classes before deciding.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Check out our Terms and Conditions to know more.
Will I receive class materials?
Yes, all students get access to our original learning materials.
