Can I choose who’s in my group?
Groups are formed based on level and availability, but if you’re signing up with friends, let us know—we’ll do our best to place you together.
What if I’m shy or nervous about speaking?
Totally normal! Our teachers create a welcoming space where everyone gets a chance to speak, participate, and grow at their own pace. We understand and treat our students as human beings with feelings.
How do you match students in a group?
We consider your level and schedule to place you with others who are on a similar path. It’s all about balance and good vibes.
Can I switch to Solo or Duo later?
Yes! If you feel like you’d benefit from more personalized attention, you can switch plans anytime.
How does the free trial work in Team Plan?
Our free trial is collective—everyone in the group takes the trial together. It includes 3 live lessons so you can experience the vibe, the teacher, and the group dynamic before committing. One trial per student, and it’s available the first time you register.
What happens after saving my spot?
Once we have at least three students ready to go, we open the group and send you an email to confirm your spot. You won’t miss a thing—we’ll keep you posted!
